I was booked a room by my company here. I am not a fan of travelodge, but this one has to be one of the best.
Reception very helpful (Natalie) when I arrived early (just before 2pm) she allowed me to get into my room after a short delay- though she made sure I had coffee and was comfortable whilst waiting.
Room nice and bed comfortable. Location of the hotel was ideal - it’s very close to the train and bus stations and has a shopping area directly opposite.
I chose to eat at the hotel in the evening, though this was the only down side. The chef decided to cover the slaw and side salad in a disgusting vingerette which over powered the whole meal.
Breakfast though was lovely and coffee very nice.
Overall I would like to stay here again if I am ever in the area, though would choose to eat out at one of the nearby places. More
