Stayed again at this wonderful, clean, well equipped cottages. Jane and Richard Dibb and their family are most welcoming. The cottages are spotless with all the amenities you could need. Games room for the children and beautiful, tranquil courtyard. Disabled access cottages available also with ample parking.

Couldnt fault our stay here yet again. Lovely cottages, lovely location and lovely family. Definitely recommend to young and old.

Room Tip: Wi-fi isnt in the rooms but is in the games room. Free to use.

We stayed in Mays Cottage for a 3 night break. We hoped to use it as a base and get to some local wildlife spots. It completed exceeded all expectations! It really is a great location for Bempton Cliffs, Sewerby House, Flamborough. The cottage itself is very very clean and cosy. Extremely well equipped if your going to be cooking. Look through the info pack provided in your cottage for areas to visit and you'll be surprised what's on the doorstep. Thornwick Bay, Danes Dykes were wonderful surprises on top of Bempton Cliffs and Flamborough Head. If you're looking for good Fish & Chips while you're there, we went with 149 which is recommended in the info pack and it really was as good as they say.
1st time to Yorkshire and when I'm back I will be staying at Grange Farm again! Thanks for a wonderful break.

We stayed for five nights, and enjoyed it throughout. The owners were so helpful in sorting the extras we needed to keep our ten month old happy. It's in a great location for exploring the area. We'll definitely be back.

I visited Grange Farm Cottages at the back end of June to coincide with me and my girlfriends joint birthday. We stayed in The Horseshoe and it was an absolute pleasure, the courtyard was in in full bloom with beautiful flowers all well looked after, the rooms where very clean and came equipped with everything you need and where very cosy. There is a pool room where every night we would all go for a few rounds before bedtime. The owners left an honesty box next to freshly laid free range eggs to purchase every morning which I felt added to the sense of staying at a farm. The area itself was jaw dropping having never visited the Yorkshire coast I was bowled over by the charm of the place and the warmth of the people, there is so much to do and many places to visit the likes of Bempton Cliffs which during the months of May and June you can see the charming Puffins amongst a wide variety of sea birds, Flamborough Lighthouse and it's rolling hills is another site not to be missed, Sewerby Hall is only a 20 minute walk from the cottages and is well worth the visit as it has beautiful gardens, a regal hall and a zoo filled with a surprising variety of animals, here you can also catch a charming land train that runs you from Sewerby into Bridlington and back, just 5 minutes away from the cottages is a wonderful farm shop that has pick your own strawberries and more depending on the time of year and also has a farm shop and lovely cafe that serves great food. Bridlington Model Village is a really charming place to and very affordable and the owners are very nice people. There was an abundance of places to eat out in the evening The Martonian Inn is a good places to start with huge meals at a great price, further on there is the world renowned chip shop called 149 that is a great chip shop, there is also a co-op near by for all your wants and needs and there are so many more places we never got the chance to visit as the are so many places to eat and places to go and the lovely cottages than Jane and Richard run are the perfect place to see Yorkshire from.

All in all these are wonderful cottages set in a wonderful place and I would go back in a heart beat I liked it so much.

We've stayed here a few times, our last being in Martingale at Easter and at short notice due to a breakdown. Jane and RIchard are always the perfect hosts. The cottages are well equipped, spotless and well kept. Beautiful flowers adorn many a basket around the cottages - easy access and lovely and quiet. Walking distance to Sewerby Hall and Gardens and bus service at the end of the drive with links into Bridlington and beyond. Definitely worth a visit - we will be back again next year.

Room Tip: Cant separate one from the other - all well equipped and some with disabled access.
