When purchasing Gift Vouchers, we totally acknowledge that this is a gift for a special occasion or a thank you and the service charge should have been removed. We are so sorry this has happened and apologise wholeheartedly for any embarrassment that has been caused. This was a genuine oversight but regardless of this should not have occurred.
