We have returned today from a short break in Cornwall and felt we had to write a review on Corran Farm. It is the first place we have ever stayed where it was impossible to find fault with anything. We received a very warm welcome from Kathy on arrival, (together with a complimentary cream tea). Kathy must work extremely hard to run such a perfect B & B, yet was always smiling and helpful.
The rooms are very comfortable, quiet and spotlessly clean. Everything you could possibly want has been provided, from toiletries to a fridge with fresh milk and chilled water and even a thermos flask in each room. The breakfasts are delicious. (The choice of breakfast dishes is amazing!)
The Farm is ideally located near to the Lost Gardens of Heligan, so is very handy for Mevagissey, the Eden Project and only 20 minutes from Truro. Brian and I are already looking forward to a return visit.

Best B&B we have stayed in. Room very tastefully-appointed, delicious cream tea on arrival and delicious breakfasts. Hospitality faultless. Thoroughly recommend this accommodation. Ideal for visiting Lost Gdns of Heligan/Eden Project/Mevagissey.... Only the weather could have been a bit better!

Room tip: Room at front has lovely views across the fields

A warm welcome including a Cornish Cream Tea. We cannot speak highly enough of our stay at Corran Farm. Just Fantastic! Our room had everything you could want including a very comfy bed and the breakfast choice was excellent. We will be back. Better than any Hotel!

I received a lovely welcome and cream tea on arrival. The room is very tastefully decorated with lovely views. The room was well heated, the bed was very comfortable. A variety of teas, biscuits, hot chocolate & coffee was available, with a mini fridge containing a large bottle of water & fresh milk. Glasses, wine glasses & chocolates! There is a TV, DVD player (with a selection of DVD's) and a lovely retro radio. The bathroom was extremely spacious. The shower had good pressure, a heated towel rail and toiletries provided with shower cap, sewing kit etc (also cotton buds & cotton pads). I didn't want to leave! There is also a lovely guest lounge downstairs with a wood burner in action, a TV etc. breakfast was delicious. The fruit salad was perfect - with fresh kiwi, peaches, pineapple, grapes, strawberries etc. a selection of cereals, croissants, home made bread, lovely preserves & a lovely cooked breakfast. All sourced on site or locally. I was very impressed with my stay here and look forward to returning (tomorrow). The location is within walking distance to Heligan Gardens & Corran Farm own the Farm shop at Heligan - delicious meat! Very reasonably priced - highly recommend a stay!
