This bakery is a definite little gem. Situated just behind the Braidwood bakery, Dojo is a beautiful artisan bakery. Bread that tastes and feels like real bread. The best sausage roll I have ever eaten. Great coffee and friendly service.

Awesome bread. Go up the laneway beside the Braidwood Bakery and you will find Dojo Bread. This small bakery punches way above it's weight. Delicious sourdough. Will try the pies and sausage rolls next time. Friendly staff.

You've got to slow down and really look when you cruise through Braidwood. It's on the right as you turn down the main street.
It is more expensive than any other country bakery I have frequented, but it is well worth it because it is unbelievably good.
The flaky, flaky, buttery pastry was devine.

We love this bakery and always make sure we drop in for their pies and fresh bread when driving through. Quality and class.

This little bakery, hidden down an alley off the main street, was recommended by a local and it’s a gem.
Breads, pastries all looked good, but we went for the pies — flaky pastry chock full of stuffing like creamed mushrooms, green chile with chicken, lamb — the flavors change daily. They are just sensational and can be enjoyed warm at a table outside the historic building. Bread is delivered to local stores by a pulled wagon.
Go early — everything sells out by early afternoon.
