One reason for dining at Seasons was the inclement weather. A reason for returning is the food.
Had dined previously at Fins (1 Hat) nearby and found it generally excellent. Seasons was, in our experience, of a similar standard. What it lacked in ambiance and less polished service, it compensated with the food. We decided to go there on the (incorrect) information that there was a tapas menu. In lieu of tapas, we shared a selection of small dishes, including vegetarian, and were thoroughly impressed.
Wine selections were of a high standard and the price was higher than one would expect, but this seems to be the way in Kingscliff.
