We booked the Hampton Inn in Lancaster, PA as a last minute sleep over and to our surprise it was AMAZING. The hotel room was standard with fridge, coffee maker and other amenities we've now come to expect. It was clean and orderly with freshly made coffee awaiting in the lobby for our arrival. Or did it just seem that way? Later in the evening there were freshly made cookies! Delish! But the best part was the day shift and evening shift front desk women - Ariel and Suzanne. Both were a wealth of information and very eager to share it with us. They recommended a dinner destination - The Brasserie Restaurant and Bar - which we thought would be just standard bar food. We were so wrong. Excellent food. Excellent suggestion from the lovely ladies! The next morning we were served a breakfast with so many hot and cold choices that we all over ate. This was my first time in a Hampton Inn in many years and I have to say it will be my first choice from now on wherever we go.

This was a great hotel, very clean, friendly staff, great food, fresh coffee and the bed was almost more comfortable than my own. Located close enough to everything yet not in an overly busy spot, will definitely be back to this place.

We really enjoyed our time here! The outside landscaping was beautiful so it has a very special welcome before you even go inside. The concierge was very welcoming to us every time we walked by. They have a good breakfast each morning with lots of room to sit so you don’t feel rushed. This hotel was pet friendly which made us choose this particular hotel. The room was very nicely decorated.
