Great food, great atmosphere, great service! Seemed to be a fine dinning experience and then a group of kids came in with bathing suits on and it took me for a loop, realizing it was a hotel restaurant. Still had a great time, don't be discouraged you will too.

Thank Matthew W

Its everything you go to a restaurant for. Maybe the best potato soup ever. Not sure what the picture with high cealings is maybe the ballroom? The restaurant is more cozy.

Thank you for taking the time to post! We are very glad to hear that you enjoyed your experience dining with us. The picture with the high ceilings is our ballroom, where we host many fine events such as weddings and business banquets.

We enjoyed the cocktails, the appetizers and the main courses. The pastry with mushrooms, goat cheese and walnuts was excellent. Beet salad very nice. Beef brisket was tasty but somehow light. Rave reviews for the shepard's pie, English people at our table indicated it was the best they had in the US. Service was good. A little dark inside, but we really liked this place.

Tucked away in the Cork Hotel is an absolutely charming and amazing restaurant. We ate in the bar. It was perfect.

The wine was yummy. The food outstanding. We started with the Mushroom Strudel. Baked in a phyllo dough was a mixture of creamy goat cheese, savory portabella mushrooms, and chunks of walnuts. Yum. I then had the Dutch-Bound Beet Salad. Amazing tastes of pickled beets, blue cheese, mixed greens, walnuts, pickled egg in a house vinaigrette(bacon and onion are included, but I don't eat those 2 items). My hubby had the Caesar Salad. The Caesar was perfectly dressed, lettuce was very fresh and crisp! Great croutons and the Parmesan was tasty. We split an entree of Crab Cakes. They were perfect. The cake was mostly crab and quite delicious. Definitely a great choice.
I wish this restaurant were closer. I would eat there often. Waitress was fun, atmosphere wonderful, food fabulous!

Wonderful reasonably priced food with excellent attentive service. Ambiance was cozy , with an option of eating out of doors on a beautiful secluded patio.
