For a good substantial sub with really good rolls, here's the place! their pizza can be either thin or thick crust with their house-made sauce -- delectable! Good salads, too.

Went mid afternoon for pizza and a beer. The pizza was amazing. Pizza sauce and I don't agree but this was perfect. Going again for lunch.

We checked out Highland Pizza on a Saturday night because several other places were too crowded. Highland was busy, but not crazy. They had live music with the 5 piece band playing songs I recognized. I wish they were not quite so loud, though. The beer selection is great. We loved the vanilla porter. The menu has pretty many choices with subs, burgers, salads, wraps, stromboli - that kind of stuff. We went with a taco salad and cheese steak stromboli which were both delicious. We will be back soon.

When this little place was at Olde Hickory, it was excellent. Then they moved to a larger location and expanded. We have given them many chances, years apart, and its been awful each time. Tonight, the mozzarella sticks werent even melted inside, the wings were still pink at the bone and the gyro was blah. The "band" was screaming at the top of their lungs like they were playing in a stadium. The only positive thing, was our server. Skip it.

Have been to Highland Pizza a few times for lunch. All of the servers brought my check while I was still eating. (?) Still, service can be slow. Pizza crust is crispy but unusually so - like toast on the bottom - but too soggy on top. Buffalo chicken Panini is too plain. Turkey Reuben Panini was good (skip the cole slaw. Worst I ever tasted. )
