We saw he reviews for Joni's when checking on Smoketown Diner because I heard it was closed. The reviews looked good so away we went. The people there are friendly, the place is plain, nothing fancy but the food was very very good. We ordered the rib special and a bacon cheeseburger. All the burgers are 1/2 lb, belly buster for sure. The ribs were done well, meat fell off the bone and the hamburger was juicy and done exactly as I asked for. The fresh cut fries were hot, tasty and greasy just as they should be.No complaints. If you are looking for a reasonable place to go for lunch or dinner and not on a diet go here. Great place.

While staying in Intercourse', out front desk staff suggested we check out Joni's for some good home cooking with massive servings. They over sold the dinner servings but the food was very good. Had the meatloaf and mashed potatoes. The place was quiet on a Monday late evening, but the service was top notch (Brittany) and Joni popped out to mingle with the customers- a very fun owner. We wish then the best. Location is good in Smoketown on 340 and they are open when most places aren't. They also deliver.

Great service, large (I mean huge) servings and very personable staff. Diner look outside but classier, yet down home feeling inside. Large and varied menu from sandwiches and burgers to chicken and fish dinners. Consider 'half' serving size as for most, this will be sufficient. Look forward to return visit.

This used to be the Smoketown Diner. It has a new owner and a new name. It is now Joni's 340 diner and the food and service are great.
Our waitress was very pleasant and efficient, and Joni came out to say hello.
I have had lunch and breakfast here recently and both were very good. The portions are large so come hungry.
I highly recommend Joni's diner.
