Two employees were outstanding with their customer service. A big thank you to Paula at the front desk who worked above and beyond to make us feel at home. She even took a few minutes to show us some of theArnald Palmer highlights of the place. Michelle who served the breakfast was a bright light with her cheerful demeanor and her helpful way. We enjoyed everything about our stay at the Latrrobe property and will stay there again when next we visit the area.

Room tip: If you want to be pampered and treated like a high roller, stay at this amazing property.

Stayed at this hotel for a while and the service from all the staff was great, from the front desk, housekeeping and the breakfast girls. Always wiling to help and friendly.
Rooms were very clean and modern, although slightly weird design in that there is very little light in the sitting area since they put up a privacy glass screen over the desk which blocks out all natural light from the large windows which only lights the bedroom area. It's basically the layout of the room which is a little confusing there.
Hot breakfast was offered everyday but would have been nice to have a little variety as was always eggs and sausage, other hotels will usually alternate between sausage and bacon or other breakfast meat and if staying for a short stay it's not really an issues but for an extended day it get a little boring.
Overall, a pretty good hotel

Springhill Suites are fantastic.
Wonderful room and a very nice pleasant staff.
The room was clean and in very good condition.

The Sutton Barn was the perfect location for the reception. Open air with all the proper protocols for the current conditions.

The view in Youngstown, Pa ( location of the Barn) was gorgeous.

Over the years, ventilators on both ends of the hall on floors 2-4 increasingly sound like jackhammers. The sound penetrates all rooms 24/7. I have stayed here since the hotel opened, and it is progressively worse. During the last 3 stays I had to change rooms. The 1st floor would be the only refuge—if it were not for the noisy room doors. They sound like jail doors slamming over & over, when housekeeping is on the floor. Incessantly. In fact I’m having trouble right now, writing this review in my room, for the slamming. Heavy duty weatherstripping required.

It’s a shame, because the hotel is so beautiful otherwise. I have told staff and staff is very aware. This time the receptionist said “we are trying to change suppliers or something.” I will not stay here again without calling first to verify that the ventilators are fixed.

This hotel was taken care of. The hotel was spotless. The rooms were so cool. Huge. The staff was very friendly. They had breakfast with staff fulfilling your orders and then you would take it back to your room. The breakfast was awesome. Our nights stay we heard no noises. Slept very well. We know right now its very difficult with the current Corona virus but we felt they did everything possible to make sure that your stay was safe. We would definetly return.
