This Asian buffet (primarily Chinese but since they also have the ubiquitous Sushi which is Japanese so I called them Asian) does dot the i's and cross the t's when it comes to checking all the foods constantly. Making sure whatever needs to be replenished and cleaned are done.
However with such an inexpensive lunch buffet (under $10) one really cannot expect any high quality or authenticity on Asian foods, so look at this as a place when you are in the area and looking for Asian to fill your stomach fully. But of course I am using a pretty high standard for Asian food that I am very familiar with.
From a service standpoint they get high mark for constantly checking on the buffet stations as well as customer tables (at least for us) so that is a good impression on our first visit. The place is kept relatively clean and neat, service was friendly and efficient.
