Lenora greeted our cycling sextet by serving iced lemon water, chilled watermelon (sans rind), juicy grapes, and warm chocolate chip cookies on the spacious porch. It was a wonderful way to complete our 49-mile ride from Pittsburgh (and the walk up the hill from the GAP Trail -- take the long way around!).

The rooms are very comfortable and spacious.

Definitely make dinner reservations to experience extraordinarily delicious cuisine served graciously. The stuffed shrimp was exquisite!

The three-course hearty breakfast was delicious, nourishing, and much more food than I could eat. It was sad to leave so much food uneaten ....

Best of all, just as Lenora's grand-daughter removed the breakfast plates, Lenora herself came out with goodie bags and water for our ride from Perryopolis to Confluence.

On your way back to the GAP Trail, detour to see the lovely church with golden cupolas. We failed to tell Lenora that we stopping there, so as we rode away, we could hear her shouting "You're heading the wrong way!"

Room Tip: Lenora is the best!

A first-rate experience for lodging and food after a 46 mile ride from Pittsburgh on the GAP with a group of 15 bicyclists associated with Rails-to-Trails Conservancy, and escorted by Wilderness Voyagers. It's a short uphill ride from the GAP to Perryopolis and Lenora's, where we were greeted with refreshments and cold drinks. Dinner was to die for, and breakfast the next morning was also delicious. Oh, and the room was very nice too. Don't miss this gem if you're cycling the GAP!

Stayed here with a group biking the GAP for our first night. Lenora set the bar high greeting us on her wrap around porch with ice water, iced tea and homemade chocolate chip cookies. The evening meal was fantastic and made us forget the pricey cost of our drinks at the bar. After a good night sleep, we were greeted with stuffed french toast that was to die for. Lenora and Bob are first rate hosts, and while Perryopolis does not have much, everything you need is at the Inn at Lenora's.

We stayed with Lenora and Bob during a recent bike trip (Wilderness Voyageurs) on the GAP bike trail. Lenora greeted each one of us with a smile, homemade cookies, ice water and ice tea. She graciously gave us a tour of their fine establishment which included a chef's kitchen, huge dining rooms, and a lounge (see attached photos). Lenora and Bob's Bed and Breakfast is located in historic Perryopolis. The evening dinner was the best of our short trip, and breakfast... oh my.... everything was made right in their kitchen! Breakfast on the porch was wonderful. And, Lenora gave us all a snack as we continued our bike trip. Words can not describe what gracious hosts these folks are, so you must visit. In my opinion, one of the best B&B's in Pennsylvania, if not the BEST.

Room Tip: All rooms are very nice!

We stayed with Lenora and Bob while cycling the Great Allegheny Passage. Despite arriving before check-in, we were immediately served homemade chocolate chunk cookies, fresh cold grapes, iced tea and water. Before we could finish the cookies Lenora brought us each a fresh slice of watermelon and an orange. The hospitality of Bob and Lenora is unequaled in my many experiences. The Inn is tasteful and lovely and immaculately clean. Our room was perfect. Lenora is a chef and the breakfast served on the porch was outstanding. She even gave each of the 14 cyclists that spent the night a treat bag upon our departure. I am not easily impressed, but Bob and Lenora exceeded all expectations. I will most likely purchase gift certificates for the Inn and restaurant for family members for Christmas!

My husband & I stayed here as part of a bicycling tour. The owners, Robert and Lenora, were sweet and very hospitable. Lenora had iced tea and homemade chocolate chunk cookies waiting when we got off the trail. The rooms were comfortable, clean and cool (it had been a hot, dusty day on the bike trail!) with understated elegance. We ate dinner at the Inn as well--everything was from scratch and delicious. Our tour group had breakfast on the porch in the morning and Lenora gave us each a snack bag of granola bars, an apple, and water for our continued bike trip. We met another cyclist on the GAP trail 2 days later who was looking for a place to stay in Perryopolis and everyone in the group highly praised our experience.
