We had an amazing culinary experiece tonight at Majolica. We were welcomed with a lovely amuse boushe. Our first courses were epic. Soft shell crab BLT, Scallops with an apricot jam, Fresh plump oysters with a mignonette and a lovely beet and burrata salad. We shared everything. Then they gave us a pallete cleanser of melon sorbet with cinnamon sauce. A perfect touch. Mains were intensely flavorful and gorgeously plated. A rich tender short rib, a crisp pork porchetta, a quinoa risotto and amazing duck. Again we shared everything. Capped evening off with three deserts all of which were delicious. Our new favorite. We will be back.
