The hotel staff was friendly and the room was great and well prepared! Nice breakfast! We enjoyed every minute of our stay and it was convenient to major roadways and shopping areas. Would stay again!

Best Comfort Inn I have ever stayed at

When a problem came up with the room I had reserved had a problem, the manager called me well in advance and we worked out a very satisfactory solution. When I arrived the room was warm and comfortable with the temp set at 73 degrees as I am a senior. The beds were very comfortable with both soft and firm pillows. There were several hundred TV channels to choose from, The breakfast buffet had both scrambled eggs and omelets along with both sausage and bacon and this is the first time I have found home fries on a buffet. The room and the public areas were extremely clean and all of the staff I had contact with were very nice and pleasant. Over all a six star experience at a very reasonable price. I will go again.

Our room was very nice. Newer hotel. Full hot breakfast. Pool, no hot tub. Exercise room. Good value, close to downtown Pittsburgh. Staff was very friendly and helpful. When staying here, make sure you use the road behind the hotel to exit both ways onto Banksville. Otherwise, you cannot make a left turn from the parking lot.h
Room tip: Pool and exercise room was nice. Close to downtown. No Jacuzzi though.

This hotel very convenient to many places. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful and answer any of my questions. Will return at a later date. Had stay at different comfort inn at different locations. All have very friendly.

The room is really nice and clean. Will book again when I go there and will recommend for others. Receptionist is so kind and nice. Breakfast is free and good. 24 hours free coffee.
Indoor swimming pool is great.

The room was great. It was clean. My issuse with the room was the cleaning crew. They did not speak english and did not understand what we were trying to get them to do. I did have an issue with the breakfast as it was not properly heated and one of the waffle makers was dirty. Other then that it was ok.
