Easy access location with surrounding many restaurants. Hotel is very clean and the staff is nice and friendly. The room is quiet and comfortable. The near by restaurant has good foodVery happy with the stay during my trip at pitt.

This place is TOP notch. I had to spend 16 days here in May and 14 days in June while my husband was in the hospital with medical emergencies.
The staff was kind, empathetic, polite, personable, just all around AMAZING! They worked with me on anything and everything I needed. They always greeted me with a smile and checked in regularly on my husbands health.
I highly recommend staying here for any reason, but especially if you need lodging while your loved one is in the hospital. ❤️

Personable staff. Effortless checkin. Clean and tidy. This was an average hotel. Slightly dated - no usb ports in the room. Valet parking for a fee of $25. There is a restaurant in the hotel (didn’t eat there). The front desk offered continental breakfast boxes for $9 (did not purchase).

Friendly and helpful staff. Valet was easy to use and to hold our bags. The valet also has in and out privileges. Room was clean and serviceable, although a little worn. We could easily walk to University of Pittsburgh, restaurants, etc.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, valet was friendly and fast also. The hotel main areas appeared clean and smelled clean. Our room was basic, the bathroom had some dirt and smudges and skipped cleaning spots, but wasn’t terrible. The water pressure was not good if you have a lot of hair. The restaurant had a limit menu and the food was not good. Server was good. Would stay again if needed

This was a wonderful place to stay! All the employees were very helpful. The rooms were super clean and taken care of. Good job to all the staff for hosting the Pittsburgh Bodybuilding Show! Giving is dark linens was a great touch as a competitor.
