Broken knobs, tiny bathroom, cracked sink, drain not working. Had to get a second room to taekae a shower.
For $132 I expect better.
Went around the corner for the next night. Marriott.
Clean, in good shape, large bath shower, and free breakfast, only $10 more.
Very accommodating in every aspect very clean staff went above and beyond room are very comfortable and clean great location easy to get to many restaurants and universities valet parking so no need to worry about where to park

I flew in from SC for a family emergency. My mom was at UPMC. The whole staff here has been amazing. I chose this hotel for location(which is perfect for UPMC, Pitt, Magee) The whole staff has been beyond wonderful. They have been overly accommodating. The Valet, bartender, maintenance, front desk were all super friendly.
Bill Snyder has gone above and beyond with not just me, but with other customers. I wish I could remember other names to compliment. I do not normally give reviews, but I really felt this hotel and staff deserved a compliment.

This place is TOP notch. I had to spend 16 days here in May and 14 days in June while my husband was in the hospital with medical emergencies.
The staff was kind, empathetic, polite, personable, just all around AMAZING! They worked with me on anything and everything I needed. They always greeted me with a smile and checked in regularly on my husbands health.
I highly recommend staying here for any reason, but especially if you need lodging while your loved one is in the hospital. ❤️

Easy access location with surrounding many restaurants. Hotel is very clean and the staff is nice and friendly. The room is quiet and comfortable. The near by restaurant has good foodVery happy with the stay during my trip at pitt.
