We stayed here in a whim to go to a Pirates game. We checked in after midnight and the staff was extremely friendly. Good breakfast and the rooftop deck was nice to relax on. Location was good about a 20 min walk to PNC Park.

This lovely hotel provided one of the most enjoyable experiences staying away from home. The hotel, the staff, the amenities, the complimentary accoutrements, and the room were exactly what I look for in a great stay. The Drury did not disappoint.

Our room was enormous with super high ceilings. The decor isn't thrilling, and the lighting is a bit dim, but we thought the value for the room was excellent. The desk staff is prompt and pleasant. The breakfast was COVID friendly and well done. The convenience of the hotel was perfect for a downtown stay. Parking attendant was super nice. We recommend.

Staff was an 11... starting withfront desk young man (Curley hair) who always asked how we were/needed anything/ so kind. Darnell in earring area who was SO nice/ helpful and my favorites ... the workers at bar/eating loft area... girl with pony tail makes the best old fashions/ knows her bourbon ( as do I) and if you like cigars/bourbon/scotch...Blend is just around the corner... stayed in a suite and room was great ( 3rd floor). Shower was great/ good water pressure/ clean and just a fantastic place... built in a 1931 US national bank and just a cool atmosphere... happy hour ( free drinks/food) 530-7 each night and breakfast was good!

Stayed here for my very first solo trip as a young woman. Felt very safe despite being a country bumpkin in the city. Elevator requires a keycard to use. Personnel were professional & respectful, very helpful without being pushy. WiFi was fantastic, hot water was instant, valets were on point - no complaints here. Good spot for the city, everything I wanted to see was within 15 min drive. One tip, the entrance to the hotel is a little concrete alley with a small sign pointing at it - I wasn't sure that was the official entrance, looked like my car wouldn't fit, but it did!

My husband and I were in Pittsburgh for a work trip. Our stay at the Drury Plaza was perfect. It was walking distance to one of our sites and also walking distance to the point park. We fit in some lovely walks between our meetings.
There is valet parking for an additional fee of $30 per day but you can come and go as many times as you wish for that fee. Not bad for downtown parking rates. Both of the valet parking attendants we met were super nice, friendly, and quick to get your car.
Everyone at the hotel was exceedingly kind and pleasant especially Brian and Stevie at the desk. Very considerate and quick to anticipate your needs before you even ask.
The included breakfast was excellent as well. Jay who ran that area was also very efficient and pleasant.
We had a lovely chat with the hotel manager, who came to see how our stay had been as we were finishing breakfast. He told us wonderful stories about the history of the building, a former federal reserve bank and about stories the former guards told him. Fascinating! A beautiful and elegantly designed building architecturally.
Everything was immaculately clean. Also an excellent value for the price.
