Stayed 07/23/21. Hotel is gorgeous. Interesting downstairs conference room areas due to preservation of the bank vaults as this building was previously a bank. The nighttime food and drink offering was fantastic. We had pulled pork sliders, baked beans, wax beans and carrots, baked potato, salad l, hot dogs and nachos during our stay. Also free soda, coffee and tea. You are given coupons for 1 free drink plus two $0.75 drinks at check in which he to be used by 7 pm. We had a margarita and 2 beers. The margaritas were delicious. Breakfast buffet was a fantastic value also. Biscuits, white gravy, scrambled eggs, sausage, breakfast potatoes, make your own waffles, pastries, cereal, oatmeal, fruit, toast, bagels, juice, coffee, tea. Probably more that I overlooked. The building is beautiful but was hard to find. Signage is not very prominent. There is a tiny hole between buildings where you would pull in for valet parking. We couldn’t find so we parked at Grayhound parking garage and walked until we found it. Parking at that garage was only $5 and we were thee 6:15 pm until about 10:00 am. It was very close to the hotel. The hotel bar was deserted but we had a drink there. Wished the bar was up on the beautiful rooftop deck. That would have been ideal. We took some drinks up and enjoyed views from there anyway. Did not use pool or fitness room but both looked top notch. The room was well appointed and very clean. I loved the white linens as you know it’s clean. He’s was comfy. There was a microwave and mini refrigerator in the room, as well as a hairdryer. I did not notice if there was an iron. This hotel offered a discount for state employees, even when traveling for pleasure. It was a great price, especially since it’s the added values of dinner, cocktails, and breakfast. We figured those alone for the 2 of us would have been $100. Very nice hotel. I would highly recommend and will surely look for Drury in our future travels.
