We were very impressed by everyone on the staff -- very helpful and always actively interested in making our stay comfortable and pleasant. The rooms are quite comfortable and one of the best ways to start your day is breakfast al fresco in the refectory courtyard. Location is near downtown, near PNC Park, with easy access by car to all the Pittsburgh neighborhoods. Easy place to want to visit again.

Great place to stay. The rooms are quaint. Staff are very pleasant. The courtyard is a great place to hang out and so peaceful. The grab and go breakfast is a great idea and was good. Close distance to all the major attractions. Would definitely stay here again.

Spent one night for our 28th anniversary. Beautiful hotel! Cost was great especially with parking and breakfast included. Close to all the things we did with a short drive. Room is on the small side but the bed was luxurious and the bathroom was impeccably clean. Courtyard was not available in the evening due to a wedding, but we had breakfast there and it was lovely.

Not only were the rooms extremely nice, the bed was very comfortable and the staff were some of the nicest people you could hope to meet. Free breakfast was very tasty and not the usual stale cereal and questionable eggs but a very tasty croissant sandwich and muffins. We will most definitely be back.
