The room that I reserved was not available when we arrived to check in and not the friendliest of front desk staff. The bathroom shower was not clean (quite a few hairs on the shower floor). General condition of hotel was worn down.

Our annual hockey tournament (except last year due to Covid) includes lots of families and hockey players. The hotel never disappoints. Even with some very different Covid restrictions such as no pool or full service breakfast, the hotel and its staff were very accomodating and understanding of our group. Very helpful when needed and we all enjoyed our stay as we always do.

We Visited this hotel for a family wedding! It was in an Amazing location, large and clean rooms, friendly staff. I will stay at this hotel again next time I am back in the area! It was easy to get to and plenty of parking onsite. Only downside was that the pool was closed during our stay due to Covid restrictions.

Great place to stay. My favorite in Pittsburgh. I highly recommend to anyone choosing to stay on the North Shore. Close to Casino with a free shuttle that will transport you there and back. Stay at the Hyatt Place!

Every stay here is consistently above expectations! Professional and courteous staff that go out of there way to ensure all your needs are met. The common area and rooms are always very clean and the larking lot is private! This property has the best location for all the downtown attractions with plenty within walking distance!
