The people that work there are all extremely nice, caring, and attentive. I have never met nicer people working in the hospitality business. My mom had back surgery and they all remembered why we were there and asked when we returned how she was feeling and whether there was anything they could do to help.

All reviews north shore pnc park great location heinz field stage ae pirates game within walking distance across the street free breakfast restaurants and bars baseball stadium sitting area great place to stay would definitely stay here again front desk staff indoor pool bagels

From the crushed up cookie left by pervious guests, to the stain on the couch, to the closet broken door I was not very happy with our room. Check in staff was very nice, but I can't say the same for the morning staff. I asked for shampoo since all my room had was 3 conditioner bottles and they made me feel like a real inconvenience. I wanted to say, "I'm sorry to bother you, it won't happen again as long as you're working at the Hyatt."

Cleanliness of our guest rooms and everywhere throughout the hotel are the most important part of our jobs and we take them very seriously. We booked this hotel because of it's location to the ballpark. The staff was very professional although not friendly. They did not explain many of the amenities nor did they take time to make small talk with us. We would have appreciated a few more minutes of their time to explain what the hotel had to offer us. Although we could see some things online, it would have been nice to hear it as well and make us feel welcomed for the price we paid to stay there. This hotel also does not require a key to enter it. We felt anyone could have entered and had access to the elevators which did not make us feel safe. The room was clean and quiet. Hallways were also very clean and overall the stay was nice.

Nice clean hotel, friendly staff and excellent location on the North Shore. Close to many restaurants and PNC park. Located in a very walkable section of the city. Parking lot and outside were clean and accessible.

This hotel is extremely modern and clean. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and safe. I was traveling with my dog and every staff member remembered us and greeted us by name when we walked in. This is the only hotel I will give my business to in Pittsburgh.
