Great staff

The hotel was very clean and every staff member we came in contact with was super helpful and friendly. we very much enjoyed the outside seating area and fire pit. The rooms, hallways and breakfast were all very well maintained.

This hotel is in a good location. Stayed here for four nights and the garbage was never emptied nor were the towels replaced. When I asked for towels at the front desk I was given the third degree like I’d try to steal the towels. We had to ask for more tissue & toilet paper. I understand with covid that rooms aren’t cleaned but this is ridiculous. Our garbage is flowing over. In a room for 4 we were given 3 towels. Most of the front desk staff we spoke to were short with us or just plain rude. The air conditioner was so loud and noisy and the shower pressure is weak. Bathroom had mildew spots on the floor. When I go on vacation I don’t want to feel like I have to clean. There are plenty of hotels close to downtown. I won’t stay here again.

The people that work there are all extremely nice, caring, and attentive. I have never met nicer people working in the hospitality business. My mom had back surgery and they all remembered why we were there and asked when we returned how she was feeling and whether there was anything they could do to help.

From the crushed up cookie left by pervious guests, to the stain on the couch, to the closet broken door I was not very happy with our room. Check in staff was very nice, but I can't say the same for the morning staff. I asked for shampoo since all my room had was 3 conditioner bottles and they made me feel like a real inconvenience. I wanted to say, "I'm sorry to bother you, it won't happen again as long as you're working at the Hyatt."

We booked this hotel because of it's location to the ballpark. The staff was very professional although not friendly. They did not explain many of the amenities nor did they take time to make small talk with us. We would have appreciated a few more minutes of their time to explain what the hotel had to offer us. Although we could see some things online, it would have been nice to hear it as well and make us feel welcomed for the price we paid to stay there. This hotel also does not require a key to enter it. We felt anyone could have entered and had access to the elevators which did not make us feel safe. The room was clean and quiet. Hallways were also very clean and overall the stay was nice.
