This hotel was great too to bottom. Super friendly staff member Dave in the parking lot with lots of knowledge about the area and sports was super easy to talk to to the point I wish I had more time to sit there and talk with him maybe over a beer, but he can’t do that and I had a schedule I was on. Haha. Front desk was absolutely amazing from Clarissa, who helped me over the phone the day before we arrived as I was changing my reservation from another hotel to book there to the woman at the front desk whose name I don’t remember when we checked in and was absolutely fantastic, friendly big smiles, helpful beyond anything I could’ve expected. This place was great It’s about two minute walk to the baseball stadium a couple more minutes to the football stadium. There’s lots of bars and restaurants and places to kind of hang out in the vicinity. It’s perfectly centered. It’s a short walk over the bridge by the baseball stadium to downtown. Unfortunately we did not get to go over there, but I’ve heard good things. The hotel was clean. The breakfast was good, parking was on site for a small fee and is absolutely worth it in my opinion. The rooms were clean. The bed was comfortable. The staff encountered very friendly. We travel several times this summer as a family for baseball games and this was hands-down probably the best experience we had any hotel in the past two years, Only rivaled by another Hyatt in Hartford. They have a pool, not overly huge but significantly big enough for both of my girls who love swimming to go jump around and swimming for a little while 10/10.
