A local friend took us to one of her favorite restaurants. It is not large, was very quiet, and the service (Giulio) was outstanding.

Our friend had the Marinara Pizza ($6.27), which looked very good (and, so she said). My wife and I had Paninis: I had the Melanzana (($9.92), which was egg plant-based.....very good. My wife had the Prosciutto Pomodoro ($10.45), which she said was excellent. We made room for gelato......a HUGE array of flavors to choose from.

Prices here are strange: 6.27, 9.92, 10.45...........just round up or down to the nearest 25 cents!

Mersurio's on a Monday fall afternoon, perfect.
Spent the day with my husband, finished the day with fantastic food and gelato. So thankful that we made the trip from our home town of Worthington PA. Miss the gelato store in Kittanning.

We had a large family group for dinner on a Friday night. They were so nice to us and we had a wonderful dinner and gelato! The food was delicious!!! We loved the pizza and appetizers. Cant wait to go back again.

Pizza was not what we expected and the restaurant was small. We could not get a cheese and pepperoni pizza which was shocking since it is advertised as a pizza shop on trip advisor. The food was decent and staff very friendly. Limited menu and not for everyone.

Some of the best crust/dough I've had anywhere...NYC included. The ingredients were also fresh and the mozzarella was great. A bit on the pricey side because the pies are small (4 slices) but worth it. Went great with a draft Peroni
