I am a Diamond Club member & the staff at this Downtown Hampton Inn & Suites made me feel like one!!

I was warmly greeted by Nika & Holly and given a water as it was a very hot & humid day.

I have in my profile a standard request for Upper Level room, Nika informed me that the room I selected was not ready but she has just the right room for me.

Nika was able to get me a 6th Fl. corner Suite for (2) nights, the room had spectacular views of the river to include PNC Park.

This Hampton is located in The Strip District which has some of the best restaurants in Pittsburgh ALL within walking distance.

Nika & Holly are (2) of the best that I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with at a front desk & I would recommend this property for those that like a quite & convenient facility for business travel!!

Our room was perfect and service was impeccable...particularly Holly - she was AMAZING and made our stay one I will remember for a long time! Holly is what all hospitality professionals should aspire to be :) Ask for her when you arrive...you will not regret it!

In town for the USW safety conference. This hotel is wonderful for the stay. Free parking, free good breakfast, comfortable beds and more.
We have stayed here before and my king suite room is perfect for a weeks stay. Microwave, refrigerator and lots of room to spread out. It's so nice to have a couch so you aren't just sitting on the bed or a single chair. Great shower pressure and clean everything! Lots of plugs and USB plugs which is so nice these days.
