I reserved rooms plus a Hospitality room sight unseen for my High School Class Reunion. I couldn’t have been more pleased. From the time I booked until the end of the event, the service was amazing. The Sales person was always ready to take my calls and answer every question. When I arrived the day before our event, the Hospitality room was ready for me to set up. Every employee that we met, was friendly and accommodating: the front desk staff, the cleaning staff, the food and beverage staff, and the maintenance staff! The hotel was remodeled during Covid, and is maticulously maintained. The decor, Pittsburgh themed, was unique and interesting! Kudos to all involved with this hotel. I give it five stars! *****

Holly and Mika were absolutely wonderful! I had issues with my company credit card, they went the extra mile to make sure everything worked out. I appreciate their effort; they made a frustrating situation less frustrating and were so friendly and helpful during the process.

I am a Diamond Club member & the staff at this Downtown Hampton Inn & Suites made me feel like one!!

I was warmly greeted by Nika & Holly and given a water as it was a very hot & humid day.

I have in my profile a standard request for Upper Level room, Nika informed me that the room I selected was not ready but she has just the right room for me.

Nika was able to get me a 6th Fl. corner Suite for (2) nights, the room had spectacular views of the river to include PNC Park.

This Hampton is located in The Strip District which has some of the best restaurants in Pittsburgh ALL within walking distance.

Nika & Holly are (2) of the best that I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with at a front desk & I would recommend this property for those that like a quite & convenient facility for business travel!!
