Front desk, food service and housekeeping were very nice and helpful. The furniture in the room was totally uncomfortable. Needs updating.

We had a family reunion and our stay was excellent! We had nice suites and portable cribs for the babies. All of our rooms were close together.

Bright, modern rooms and facilities. Warm, friendly and helpful staffs. Roy at the front desk greeted us and checked us in quickly, upgraded our room to accommodate our needs. Our corner room (facing the hotel parking lot) was very quiet, we slept well from the first night. The breakfast staff kept the breakfast area clean and checked on food drinks and coffee, refilled them as needed. Great experience and wonderful stay. We'll definitely return when we are in the area.

The room was very clean, up to date. Jeremy at the front desk is AWESOME. Bree is a great bartender and chef. We were here for a family surgery at West Penn Hospital. The staff could not have been kinder or more accommodating. When I needed to prolong my stay they made it very easy. This is an excellent hotel.
