We booked a one night stay (by phone) to attend a concert in the hotel ballroom. After booking I checked their website only to discover the price was lower online, even though when I questioned this when making the reservation I was told I had the best available rate..So I called back and they did not hassle me at all and changed my rate to the lower amount. When we arrived at the hotel and checked in and went to our room, we discovered that it had two double beds instead of a king bed that we requested. We called and they changed it to a king room. In the second room we saw that the bed was not a sleep number bed that they advertised when we booked the room. We called and they changed our room...again. Finally we had the type of room we booked. Unfortunately, it was an older room and the room temperature was maintained by an older manually adjusted control next o the window, which was difficult to regulate at best, but we chose to ignore it. The we had a problem with the sleep number remote in that it did not work. We called and they came and it worked intermittently, so we accepted this. We had read on a flyer on the front desk that breakfast was free so we went thinking we would get a free buffet. Unfortunately we did not read the fine print and the hotel restaurant wanted to charge us. I went to the front desk, explained the problem and they honored the free breakfast for two. In short, this hotel was very almost immediately responsive to any and all problems encountered, which is great. Of course the downside is that there should not be this many problems in the first place. The cost of the room was very reasonable, the location was near all services and restaurants, and it was easy to get back onto Interstate 95. But the hotel is not a Marriott!

The most unorganized disaster of a buffet and Dinner Show (Kenny Vance) ever. Buffet lines started in one room and went across the hallway, into a room with the food. But, all the people with multiply plates of food had to fight their way back out the same door. They couldn’t keep up with refilling the food. There was a 20 minute wait for the chicken parm at one point.

I love staying at the Radisson Hotel when I'm in the area! Beautiful lobby and great food at the restaurant located inside. Enjoy dining in the restaurant or in room with room service. Nice gift shop with many items. Two pools inside and outside! Large exercise room! Love the sleep number bed..and newer TV's with cable channels! Cant wait to go back to this Great Hotel!!

my family of 11 adults and kids stayed here during sesame place halloween spooctacular event. I wanted to stay at a hotel with a shuttle, but those hotels charged over $100 per room. We got this hotel for $55 so did not mind the $15 parking fee at sesame, it was still cheaper! The hotel is lovely, clean, staff is friendly and overall a great hotel. The pool is huge and was a highlight for the kids. Parking was free, so was wifi. Wish there was breakfast included, but all they have is a restaurant that would be too formal for the kiddies. There is a Dunkin Donuts on the corner. Overall, i recommend it for Sesame place!

We have been staying at the Radisson Trevose while visiting my husband's family once a year for several years now. Is this hotel under new management?
The sleep number beds are a plus & in the past we have been very comfortable here.
This time not so much!
We had an adjoining room (locked door of course) & could clearly hear our neighbor coughing up a storm! Lots of activity & loud chatter on adjoining balcony too...
The bath was clean at first glance but the tub was in very poor condition...buckled up (bowed, spongey) AND dirty,
We have always enjoyed the room service but this time the food was mediocre & expensive.
The staff at the front desk seemed bored & uninterested, We were told the dining room was closed after 10:00 AM until 5:00 PM when it was actually OPEN for lunch. Really?
I feel that customer service was lacking...especially during a down economy. After all, there are other hotels in the area. We made the CHOICE to spend our dollars with Radisson, Very disappointing.
