We stopped here coming back from lacrosse tournament with 3 hungry girls and 4 hungry adults. The restaurant is small (14 seats) and no frills. The service was very slooow but pleasant and as the sign on the board says Soul food isn't fast food,
So if you are expecting to eat right away don't go here but if you want exceptional BBQ then its worth the time waiting. The Ribs, Brisket and Chicken breast were outstanding as was the cornbread and sides of Mac and cheese and greens. Meal was also fairly inexpensive. If you want great BBQ then this is the place but don't expect zippy surface
