We stayed for 4 nights. The inn is only a few steps to the beach. Great foods option (muffins, bagels, fruits, oatmeal...) available for grab from the lobby any time of the day. The cafe next door also makes good coffee and sandwiches, that we brought along when touring the town. The room is very clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again the next time

Tony was great. Room was big and clean. Great little deck to check out ocean across street. Morning breakfast offers were more than adequate to start your day, coffee, bagels, yogurt, fruit, pastries etc..

We had an absolutely immaculate queen suite on the third floor right across from Easton Beach with a balcony. I cant stress clean, clean, clean enough! New paint, new carpet, bathroom/bathtub sparkling. Lovely. Lots of breakfast goodies down in the office/common area plus water, ice, etc. The only issue you may have is if you can't do stairs. There is no elevator. After staying at Atlantic Beach twice a year for many years our last experience was very strange and less than welcoming. I'm so happy we tried Rheas! We will be back!

Room Tip: Top floor has best view.

I highly recommend Rhea's as a place to stay if visiting the Newport area. The rooms are clean and spacious and the Inn itself in a prime location with beach just a walk across the street. Tony is a great host and keeps the lobby stocked with a large variety of snacks. We will definitely be back.

We stayed here for the location and its rating on TripAdvisor. We were going to a wedding just a stone's throw away at the Rotunda on Easton Beach. The Inn is conveniently close to Newport and its attractions, since it is on the Middleton and Newport line.

We didn't want to stay in a big hotel so we opted for Rhea's for a more intimate stay; sure glad we did. Rhea's Inn is a comfortable 9 room Inn. We had Room 7 and it certainly met our needs plus more. The room had plenty of space and the bathroom was very big with a Jacuzzi tub. There was a nice view from both the bedroom and the bathroom of the water. There was also a small deck off the bedroom to look out at the ocean. Housekeeping did a great job. The front desk gave us some great suggestions for lunch. There was always snacks such as coffee, cookies and water near the front desk. Breakfast was continental and you had your selections of muffins, fruit, bagels, cereal and etc.. One note: There are 3 floors and no elevator, but it was no big deal to us and we are in our 60's. All in all, great staff, great price and great location. Glad we stayed here.
