The sound insulation of the hotel is very poor. You can hear all the noises around you, even the water running from the other rooms. The worst thing is that a group of people were having a birthday party in the room cross the hallway. They were talking, laughing and screaming. I could hear everything in my room. One of them was making phone calls in the hallway. I talked to the staff at the front desk (Jan 29) and told him there was a big party in the room. But all he told me was “our hotel quiet time is after 10pm”. Wow, that was very helpful!! However, even after 10pm they were still being very loud.

Super nice staff, great location, impeccable room. Easy check-in, all was as expected. I was handed a sheet for parking information that I did not read and thought the parking fee was per 24 hour while it is a daily fee of $18. No big deal.

Decent location for hotel, close to several food options. Parking was $87 for 3 days/2 night stay, leaving parking garage twice. TV in room was broken, lightbulbs shining through making it hard to watch. Room could use some updates, but the rusty towel rack in the shower stood out the most. Free breakfast was a nice grab and go, but we ordered breakfast from bar area one morning which was great!

Would I stay here again? Yes
I had a room on the top floor with a great view to the bridge and harbour.
The hotel is in the nightclub / bar area and I was unlucky to have very noisy guest next door all 4 nights so the soundproofing isn’t great.
You can walk everywhere though from here and a big bonus to have so many restaurants close by.
The room was very clean and had everything you need for a great weekend in Charleston.

You must park in a garage that the hotel does own. Which i wasn't told about when i made my reservation at the hotel. Everytime you leave the hotel in your vehicle you get charged. Had i know this I probably would have stayed here.
