Staff were friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. Appetizers were creative and flavorful. “Beer” chicken was outstanding, goat cheese ice cream was an eye opener.
Disappointed for how meat was cooked. Two of our party specifically asked that their beef be “medium well” and one asked for medium rare. All three were prepared medium rare.
Two of our group ordered the pork chop entree and both seemed undercooked as the meat was “tough and chewy”. Pork that is “pink” is fine but it appeared to be undercooked resulting in a tough/chewy consistency. Not wanting to be difficult patrons, the undercooking was pointed out when dishes were being cleared and much of the pork chop left on plate but unconsumed. Staff offered to have the pieces cooked further but everyone was finished so offer was declined.
Not sure why beef request was ignored. Pork chops were very thick and that may have created a challenge for determining “doneness”.
Would go back but would be very specific about preferences
