While waiting for my ice cream I noticed a staff person in the prep area cutting up cookie dough into small pieces and bagging it to bring to the front to be used in customers’ ice cream. Then, with his gloves still on, he popped some in his mouth. I thought I saw wrong, so watched a little more and he continued - put some in the bag, some in his mouth. I said something to one of the other staff and he went back and spoke to him. He was young, I thought maybe he just didn’t know better and this would take care of it. Nope, on our way out I took another peek and he had his mouth full again. I looked at the website for an email address to contact management instead of posting here, because I’m still hoping this was not a widespread practice, but there was no email provided so here we are….

My wife and I stopped for coffee here and sat outside on the balcony which we really enjoyed. Nice coffee shop. Much better coffee here than we had at coffee underground

Supposed to be open until 10 pm on Sunday but closed at 6 pm! We missed it by 20 minutes. Beautiful day so numerous people going up to door to find it closed. Really disappointing and rather irritating when kiddos are looking forward to the ice cream.

A have to for coffee, ice cream and view while visiting Greenville. Outside is an elevator to take you to lower levels of the Falls Park if you can't do steps. The view is terrific indoors and out.

I just had raspberries as a sherbet. They were a bit tart, but quite tasty. I think there's much more worth exploring on this menu, but I'd need so much more time.
