“Good customer service”

Spent 4 days at this convention "host" hotel. no one (convention organizers or hotel) mentioned they were doing major remodeling during my stay. lobby torn up, no restaurant, no ice machines on the floors.......the front desk staff did a great job accomodating me as best they could. I'd return for the great customer service but not the way management handled it - not informing customers of a remodel seems dishonest, plus no room discounts for the lack of hiltons expectations

Room Tip: ask if their remodeling is completed.

I've stayed here many times over the last couple years. The hotel and staff are up to par. I do find it unacceptable that you are not warned of construction when making reservations though. Stay at the Embassy Suites until this mess is cleared up supposedly by the end of March 2012. By the way, they took out the wet sauna in the locker rooms by the pool--what a shame. That was really the only thing that separated this hotel from others around here...

Easy check in process and being Diamond the staff gave us an upgrade. Would stay again when in area.

Recent visit was for a concert at the Bi-Lo Center. The location was very convenient to downtown Greenville, shopping & restaurants. The room was very clean & we slept well. We ordered room service which was pretty quick & food was very good.

I stayed at the Greenville Hilton on Business for a week in February. I was upgraded to a room on the exetive floor for free (because of Gold Level in Hilton Honors program). Room was nice with a king bed and a good size TV also a desk with high speed internet access. They also provided snacks in the lounge. Service was good all of the front desk staff i spoke to where very helpful. The hotel bar is nice and i used room service a few times all with no issues. The only down side to my stay was the staff working the breakfast shift did not seem to care about the guest at all. Service at breakfast was very slow even when there where not many people eating and one morning during my stay it took almost 15 min for someone to come to the table and ask what i wanted to drink. Location is great just off i-385 close to downtown and close to a lot of corporate offices.

We stayed at this hotel for a college football game in Sept 2011 and we stayed in Sept 2010 for another trip. The hotel is in a great setting making it quiet for sleeping and relaxation.
The service was very good at check, at the lobby bar area, the concierge level reception area and upon check out.
When we were walking to our room we saw numerous room service trays outside of rooms so we were curious as to what the menu had to offer. All of the prices for room service as compared to many other hotels was surprisingly reasonable. We order full dinner (including a steak salad and a chicken entree) and they were both good and arrived quickly and still warm.
I stay in hotels approximately 120 nights a year and I would recommend this one. The bathroom had fully towels, it had high end linens, room darkening drapes, newly upgraded television, good food and a good location.

We had a conference at the Hilton in Greenville and stayed there three nights. The inside of the lobby, the conference room and hotel rooms were all decorated nicely. They had everything you need for being away from home down to the ceramic coffee cup in the room and free water. Having the shuttle was helpful. The rooms were very comfortable, CLEAN and nice. The bedding was high end. The cleaning service went a step further and arranged my things nicely. I would like to stay there again when in beautiful Greenville.

Room Tip: This is a quiet hotel. All the rooms were nice. Higher floors had a better view.
