Park Lane Hotel and Suites is comfortable, clean, cheerful, bright, airy & open. It has just been upgraded. All rooms have new appliances in the full kitchen, new carpeting in the seating area, new tile on kitchen/dining area and in the bathroom and new bedding.
The staff is extremely pleasant and helpful. They go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable.
The location is central to the beach, shopping, restaurants, golf courses, tennis courts, biking/walking trails etc.
We feel very at home here and keep coming back.
We don't have any doubts that you too would enjoy your stay here!

Stayed at Park Lane Hotel and Suites for three nights from February 17 - 20th. When I booked the reservation direct with the hotel, I asked for a "better price" on the room rate and they told me that it was "the best price." I then told them that I found a $10 cheaper rate for same dates and room type for their hotel on Hotwire.com, so the hotel person checked itor herself, found it $10 cheaper per night, and agreed to the lower price. Paid $99 for Tues and Weds. night, and $109 for the Thursday night. Each night was $10 cheaper than the rate posted on the hotel's own web site. Overall savings $30. (SUGGESTION: Always check the mass booking web sites for a better price. If you find it, you now have a bargaining chip that always works. It is always better to book direct with hotel.

Anyway, the hotel is in a pretty central location, a ways back off the main road, so it is quiet. The room I booked (a king bed suite) had everything in it for a long stay - full kitchen with utensils, fridge, oven/microwave etc. I liked the fireplace, so much that I planned on using it by buying a box of duraflame match light logs. One downside that they should address is that the fireplace has no fireplace tools to position or turn the logs.

Bed was comfortable with five pillows of assorted softness. Nice duvet and clean sheets. Problem was, the maid service. I left the room about 10 am after the first night and left the "make up room" sign on the door, and I seen the maid cart down the end of the hallway. Came back to the room at 2:30 PM, and the room was still not made up. So I put up the "Do Not Disturb" sign and gave her a pass.

Buffet Breakfast is served 6:30 to 9:30 and it was a very good spread of hot and cold food. Pool / outdoor patio area was nice, but weather was a bit to cool to use it. The internet Wi-Fi worked perfectly. They also have a small gym area and laundry room. This hotel also allow small pets.

After checking out the prices on many of the local hotels, including the local Motel 6 and Red Roof Inn, I got a better rate, a much better (and much nicer) room with a FULL hot breakfast at the Park Lane Hotel. Overall, you can't go wrong at the Park Lane Hotel. I would return.

I found this location on-line comparing rates against well known hotels. I liked what i saw and booked it. Upon arrival, we where greeted well and we checked in quickly. Parking is free and the room was such a pleasant site. it is a nice size space for 2 people, areas that you can utilize without tripping over your stuff and your companion. I was able to log on without any problems and this place was so clean, it looked brand new. I will stay here whenever i go to HH Island in the future.

The Park lane has had major upgrades since we last visited. On our last trip we had a great stay but this visit to Hilton Head was over the TOP. They had one building shut down and construction crews working there but the building we stayed in has been completely renovated.

The rooms have new carpet, new tile, new kitchens, new appliances and beautiful new furniture. Everything was very clean and comfortable. There are also new Plasma TV's in all the rooms. It really felt like "home".

The best part is they did not increase their rates. We paid the same price as last year. Kudos to the Park Lane. We'll be back.

A whole group of us stayed for a weekend for a softball tournament. We had 3 teams with us and we were all accommodated without issues. After having suffered a horrible weekend in a Myrtle Beach hotel only a few weeks previous, it was a huge relief to find this hotel not only clean and new, but also very friendly right from our first call with Raven offering special rates and all the information we may need. The temperatures in the rooms were very comfortable, the decks were refreshing, the living room/kitchen area was so spacious we were able to have 7 people sit around and watch a movie on the flat screen tv that was provided. The loft rooms with large kitchen areas were delightful. Not to mention how wonderful 2 bathrooms were with all girls! We never felt cramped and we could actually walk barefoot in the rooms the were so clean and fresh. The hotel even allowed our children breakfast a half hour earlier than the normal time for breakfast when we needed to get to the fields by 7am. It was overall the best home away from home for our softball family that we have experienced to date. For anyone who is used to the craziness of a softball weekend, you realize how huge this comfort is. Thank you.

The bed was comfortable and clean, the room was overall clean except for the bathroom, you could tell they have need to redo the bathroom in upgrades. At at NICKs steak and seafood just accros the street from the Hotel, WILL NEVER go back there to eat again, the food was really bad!!! We did enjot Catch 22 a couple of miles away. Over all, for the weekend getaway at the Hotel was not bad at all. Pool was alittle cold this time of year and the HOT tub was warm. Not a lot of people around.
