We really enjoyed our stay at Deadwood Mountain grand Hotel. Very nice room and the service was excellent. Made us want to return! The casino at the hotel had all the table games except craps. The dealers were all local and made you real welcomed.

Very nice hotel. great beds. Customer service was wonderful, even gave me a personal tour of the concert hall. Too bad room rate didn't include a breakfast, but that maybe a Holiday Inn policy. Like to go back for a concert sometime.

Well it was a very disappointing hotel at a very high cost! start with the front desk- the folks surely don't want to be there and the feeling radiates as you check in. the rooms are small and dirty, they only clean pieces of it if that. The casino they boast about is just a few slot machines and the table games are never really open especially roulette. The restaurant is very limited - and just average- Only plus to the place is its location to walking to main street Deadwood--other then that it gets a big big thumbs down!

We are very sorry to hear your stay did not meet your expectations and we do appreciate you taking the time to give us a review. We use all reviews to help us improve and we have forwarded all your concerns to each department. We do want to mention that the table games are open 24 hours and we have someone on site at all times to open any table desired. Thank you again for your review and we hope you'll give us another try the next time you're in the Black Hills.

By far the most expensive hotel on a recent road trip, at $270 for one night, the value just wasn't there. Room was comfortable enough, but the AC sounded just a little quieter than a 737 when it kicked in. Lobby is on the second floor, so two elevators necessary to get to your room. Staff was outstanding. Casino didn't have any slots that interested me - but, I'm not a big gambler. Located at the south end of downtown Deadwood - fairly convenient to other casino's and restaurants. Anyway, room was just ok.

Booked this room sight unseen. Loved the location. Easy walk down to the streets of Deadwood. Room was very nice. Workout room was small and needed better equipment, but that was the only thing that I could say a little negative about this place. Would definitely stay there again.
