We ate there for my dearest friends birthday. The food was every bland. It was very crowded and we waited a long time for a table. I expected that with the high traffic area it is in. I wish that I could say it was a lovely meal, but it was just very plain.

“Chain with the quality of a fine chef's local place.”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 1 February 2012

Even thought this place is a chain, it doesn't ever feel that way. They food is always on target delicious, and the service is always good. The lay out of the store is homey with it's gas lighting and candles and such. Their chopped salad is a best kept secret. So yummy. Excellent steak that will have you wanting to come back for more ! ~ Jeffrey S.

“Food was cold for all four of us”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 1 January 2012

This used to be one of our favorite restaurants - not anymore. The last two times we had been there we had problems. My salmon was raw in the middle both times and my husband's prime rib ordered medium rare came out very rare and was sent back. We decided to give it another chance with friends. My turkey and dressing was cold, the sweet potato was hot but totally filled with sugar cinnamon and butter -way overdone for me. My husband's prime rib sandwich was cold. Both of our lunches were sent back and when mine came back out it was barely warm. The other couple with us said their's were only warm but they would eat it anyway. The manager apologized and compensated our lunch prices, but I don't think we will go back. I don't like fish being raw in the middle nor being served cold food that comes back warm. Couldn't figure out what was so difficult about heating turkey, dressing and gravy - and of course, pressed turkey at that.

“Great Value and Service”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 24 December 2011

We have been frequent diners at this restaurant, since they opened. Thanks to the Recession, we can dine there several times a week. The regular menu is a good value with steak, beef, and fish being their top choices. They run specials for lunch for $6.98 Sunday through Thursday and Dinner Specials for $10.00 Sunday through Thursday. I have tasted every item on the menu and the food is tasty and the price is a great value. Where can you get prime rib and grilled shrimp for $10.00? My favorite is the prime rib with sweet potato fries. You can purchase wine half price during this time, as well. The house wines are
a good value.

All of the wait staff and bartenders are friendly and service orientated. Most of them anticipate what I will order when I enter the restaurant. They do provide a private room for group functions. The restaurant is located near the Hamilton Place Mall and Hotels, so it
is a great choice for travelers and locals , alike.
