Wow! What a great hotel. There is a young man at the front desk that is exceptional in every way. His name is Kyle and if he is there when you check in or out you are guaranteed to be satisfied!!!

He was so good that I had to let the manager know! Great service Kyle! Hope to see you again soon!

We have stayed here several times. The hotel has a smaller lobby, but the updated rooms are nice and the beds are very comfortable. We found the water pressure to be excellent. It is nice to have a refrigerator in the room that you can actually use without being charged. The staff is always friendly, and the cookies are delicious!

We stayed over a weekend with a large group. The staff was very nice and always said hello when walking past the front desk or outside at the valet stand. Walking distance to many restaurants and activities downtown, so very convenient. Parking filled up to excess, luckily we got in early each night. Our room was clean and had a good view, but it was very small. You could not open two doors simultaneously due to close proximity, including bathroom, closet and door to room, so we were always doing a dance to get in and out of each space. They said there would be no service in the room, but on our second day, someone had made the beds, given us fresh towels and cleaned. Overall a nice stay, but the small uncomfortable entryway lowered our review to a 4 out of 5.

the front desk was not nice and they were fairly rude. Parking was 15-20$ a day i wasnt told that when i made the reservations.the hotel hallways were really dirty the staid to the bar had dead bugs on it and filthy. the young lady at the coffee shop was so mice and friendly,the bartender was nice as well

I do apologize for the exterior stairwell having a insect. We’re doing our best to make certain that everything on the interior of our building is clean and sanitized, so I do apologize for that oversight. Our parking rates are standard in a downtown area, where parking is very limited. We do advertise that on our website as well as all third-party websites. I’m sorry if that was unclear. I do hope you will try us again and we look forward to servicing your future needs.
