We stayed 1 night on our drive back home. Our room has 2 queen size bed and was spacious. The room was clean, beds were comfortable. The inn delivers the expected standards of the Fairfield Inn chain. The standout is the friendly service especially the host overseeing the complimentary breakfast. She made sure we had everything we needed and came around to check on us. The location is conveniently off I24. There are many chain restaurants close by.More

The clerk here was great. She upgraded us to a suite as the two queen bed rooms were not ready. Even with my military discount the price wasn’t as good as the Hampton’s we stay at but considering this place is outside of fort Campbell and the military is a busy place I wasn’t too concerned. It is convenient to the food strip and the choices are pretty much unlimited as to ones budget. I must admit there are some Marriott hotels near here which I would love to try but I do enjoy the consistency of Fairfield. Our suite was just fine with two TVs and a CD player which we did not use nor need. I did feel sorry for semi truck drivers who really don’t have any room in this hotel area to park their rigs,

checkin! Called prior to arrival to confirm an issue, and got an okay! Got there
and front desk clerk, didn’t even ask my name immediately started badgering
about the very issue I called about! After I stayed at this hotel in the past at least 6
times!

My husband and I stayed two nights. The room was nice, clean, comfortable and stocked with plenty of needed items. The employees were awesome...so friendly!! The complimentary breakfast was fresh and very tasty. The hostess, was right on top of everything and very helpful. Frequent trips will be made to the area, so that will be our place to stay
