Reception/Tristan Madson if you ever get this guy he is very professional at what he does, he gives you a very quick check in/out. The hotel overall is in a great location and is very clean and the room service is great.
Great Place. Easy check in and check out. Quite place. Clean room. Strong Internet. Friendly staff. Breakfast was nice. Great surrounding area also Many restaurant near by. Would definitely coming back.
I would have given a higher rating if not but for the $50 special request charge which was added to the bill just to be removed at check out. I don't know why Las Vegas charges even substantially higher "special request" or "resort fees." I don't like them and have argued them at the time of checking in. For a small podunk motel to come up with a ridiculous fee at any level is beyond ridiculous. The room itself was nothing to write home about; and, of course, the primary tv offerings were sports related. This was simply a place to stay--once one finds the room since the lighting around the site is non-existent and makes it impossible to find the right room without doubling around a couple of times as I did before I found my room, which did have handicap parking, but is problematic because there is not lighting on the backside of the hotel and, apparently, no cameras either. Client safety is not of concern for the management of this location, obviously; and especially not for someone who needs handicap parking and is not as mobile as most.
Security is tight I suppose but lighting around the building is awful. Consequently when looking for room numbers one has to pull into stall so one’s car lights provide necessary lighting to read the tooooo small signs. I drove around the entire building before I realized the problem fully. I suppose the only way one gets inside the building is for the lackluster breakfast (due to COVID I’m sure) provided. Room 110 when I finally found it was inadequately cleaned. The furniture all had water marks dried on them. The floors needed a good sweeping. The bathroom seemed somewhat clean although there were these white things lying next to the tub and wall. I don’t know what they are. The bed was comfortable. The room was large. The tv listing could be improved. ESPN way too many of them. Why do hotels always make sure men are entertained and leave us women in the dust?
Was a good place to stay. Had a good time. Some of the things could of been a little better. But was a nice place to stay. Relaxing in room. Could of had more. Nice to have a friend orso. To see and enjoy the area
