Hotels in Nashville were full or had their prices inflated and I was pushed to move further out. This hotel appears very new. It is very clean, well kept and has a very friendly staff. They appeared to be coached on their friendliness. The room was large with a king bed, couch, desk, TV stand and a coffee area. The bed was an air mattress type set-up with the ability to vary the firmness of the mattress. It was set on the lowest setting but it still felt hard to me. The bathroom was good sized and had towels and amenities appropriate for the price. There was a good sized shower, no tub, with a inexpensive glass shower door.
The fitness center was very nice with lots of types of equipment (3 treadmills). Each treadmill had its own TV as would be expected and there were towels available in the center.
Breakfast was available ($9.99 + tax and gratuity) and included the ability to get hot food. The service was a low touch variety. I ordered an omelet which was pretty good. The food quality and presentation was better than you get at free breakfast hotels.More
