It was their off season when we were there so it was nice and quiet. We used the RV park area with our 5th wheel. The facilities were not overly clean and attended to but functional. The shuttle service into town does not run very late so if you're interested in the nightlife etc then your on your own getting back. Recommend this place.

It was our first time in a camping in the US, and we picked up this place for a few reasons:
1. the price
2. closeness to the airport
3. see by ourselves a US camping :P

*** check in/check out ***
While at the check in there was no problem whatsoever (actually, the ladies have been exceptionally helpful, allowing us to leave the luggage in a room while we were waiting for the cabin to be ready) the check out was a little more problematic, let's say.
Since we were totally new of the place, we had no idea of the companies in the area and we are not Americans, we asked if they could book us a cab for the day after, since we were supposed to leave VERY early in the morning. The reply was a stunned face, a laugh and "Oh, no, we do not do that!!!" almost as if I asked his first born in sacrifice. The suggestion was "Use Uber or Lyft"

*** Shuttle to Nashville ***
Very useful and nice, and the driver is a wonderful person. It costs 10 US$ per person per round trip and he was so nice to take us to a mall on the way back from downtown Nashville (a MUST, maybe only for the ton of hen parties around!)

*** General store ***
VERY limited in things in it. Only good if you run out of beer or for very limited needs.
And you need a car to reach the closest shop (and of course we had not one...)

*** Laundry ***
There is a (very useful) laundry service near the General Store.
Works only with quarters (1.25 US$) and it takes 1 hour to was and 1 hour to dry the clothes

*** Cabin ***
Furniture are definitely old, but for the fridge, that is definitely new. The armchairs looks like the one at my grandma place.
The kitchen was quite an old model, but perfectly working.
Almost all the kitchen appliances were quite in a good shape.
Everything, or almost everything, in plastic though.
One of the glasses was definitely not be well cleaned, for a while.
The bath is also very old, and in need of a good refurnishing, and redoing as well, but was clean when we entered the cabin.
I guess it's an American habit to have a moquette everywhere but near the kitchen, but alas this makes it quite hard to clean it up only with a broom.
The WiFi was included and decent too, not the best ever, but worked pretty well in all the compound and in the nearby waterpark

*** Exterior ***
Very nice and in most of the cases in a very decent state.
The only funny thing is that it looks like that who made the concrete bases for the picnic tables could not make them straight and actually flat. Everything seems to be pending in one direction of the other.
The grass was perfectly cut
We were told that we could not bath in the lake, but we saw some of the neighbors have a nice swim in the lake

*** Surroundings ***
There is a large waterpark and an adventure park very close.
We only tried the waterpark, at some 25 US$ per person, with a discounted ticket from the normal admission of 36 US$. We found it pretty expensive, but maybe it's us.

Campsites are ok.. we won't be back just for the fact that u have to pay extra for everything! We paid over $100 for our family of 4 to get into the water park. This was with the discount they offered.. My elderly inlaws had to watch from the fence bc they were not going to pay that high fee just to sit and watch. The water park is I'm sure wonderful for some. We were not impressed-- Management or owners need to seriously visit some other well ran water parks and take some tips! Most of the floats are so deflated they are pointless to use. Some parts of the park have such a horrible mildew smell! The lazy river is the furthest thing from relaxing.. they let kids and adults float/swim thru without tubes. It is jam packed and people are trying to walk the wrong way. It was a chaotic mess! We decided to go to the pool and my youngest got a gross mess of hair/weave stuck to her foot. Disgusting!!!
We did have a good experience at the Ace Tree top adventure park.. the staff there was amazing! Be prepared to spend another $100 there too!
The campground offers a shuttle service to downtown its way to costly!! $10 a person even for kids... save your money and take an Uber! We paid $18 for our entire family. So much cheaper!

We were very disappointed in this campground. We camped on the lake but were not allowed to swim. We had to either pay or drive somewhere else for entertainment. We found their advertisement to be very deceiving.
