We picked this restaurant because it was the number 1 rated Trip Advisor restaurant in the area. There were 1198 restaurant choices. It was good, and the atmosphere was befitting of a special place. But it wasn't my number 1. We went in for lunch on a weekday. The prices were high, but if the quality was there, that didn't concern me. My husband ordered a 6 ounce petite filet mignon. I don't think it was a filet mignon. It wasn't round, it wasn't an 1" or so high, and it wasn't especially tender. It didn't look any better than a plain old strip steak. It definitely wasn't worth $27.00. I ordered an Ahi Tuna salad, with the dressing on the side. The dressing was all mixed in, and it was laden down. I should have mentioned this to the server sooner than I did. The tuna was good. The beer was cold, and the voo doo shrimp appetizer and the lobster/crab bisque was really good. The place has ambiance, and I liked it, but you might pick this place for a very special occasion rather than just a lunch.
