My husband and I stayed in the cabin so that I could run the Cedars of Lebanon Frostbite Half Marathon in February. The cabin was lovely. The kitchen is small, and if you are a fancy-type cook, you may need to bring some extra utensils. The cabins are really cute, and well-designed for several people to stay in them comfortably.
The State Park folks were as nice as could be. We got in later than we thought, and had to call teh Ranger as we hadn't planned to arrive after the office was closed - and he was pleasant and helpful.
We plan to go back next year, and bring friends - runners or not.More
