A really poor evening at our "Local". We usually book 2-3 times a year.
The highchair was extremely dirty, with old food on the feet/tray. The restaurant was very quiet, with no waitresses/bar staff, only one man doing it all. The kitchen was empty and looked very messy. A young lad was popping in and out of the kitchen.

While choosing our first dish, a spider was on the food, this was reported to the man who seemed sorry and friendly.
The Food was very dry, and chicken very hard to eat. Nothing was topped up and hot. Everything seemed like it was left over from Lunch service.

Toilets where poor - Awful actually. The mops/ spray Bleach were everywhere, and used dish clothes on the window near radiator. The doors did not lock, and the floors were very unclean.

It seems as if the place has gone VERY down hill since our last gathering, We really enjoy the different food and change of atmosphere last time, however this has completely changed.

Unfortunately we will not be returning again, which is a huge shame as we have been coming for years.

We went on Mothering Sunday, and had booked a table - there were plenty of people!
the food really is delicious: the flavours are subtle, medium hot, and with a really tasty selection. For those who wanted more familiar flavours there was a selection of Chinese dishes, and various versions of rice, with all the trimmings - prawn crackers, chutneys, crisp seaweed, etc.
You could have various drinks, but we preferred water so we could enjoy the food!
Oh - and it is an 'all-you-can-eat' buffet. and there are ice creams to follow!

As a party of 6 we came here. Clean tables, nicely set out, polite staff. Food was delicious especially the nepalese chicken, they also had a full carvery laid out which looked wonderful but we were too full to try any!.Thoroughly recommend coming here, we will be returning again. Excellent value as well, just made the day perfect.

We have stopped by here many times or our way to or back from Swanage and have never been disappointed. Always a good selection of Chinese, Indian and Nepalese food and as much as you can eat. Not the smartest establishment and you have to be prepared for plastic tablecloths but for the price is excellent value

Great value for money breakfast buffet at £3.95 per adult. We also had a large glass of orange juice. The food was good, not great, and quite acceptable for the price.
The restaurant is quaint and a refreshing change from the ultra modern soulless places around. Contrary to a previous reviewer there was no smell of grease or incense. All in all pretty good.
