Visited here recently with family and enjoyed scones and tea as well as there homemade cakes. You can tell that their cakes are homemade and well prepared and baked. All the food was lovely and everything was served quickly to our table. The staff were very polite and kind and overall had a lovely time. They also have a shop next door which sells lovely fresh homemade foods. Loved it here

Perhaps a bit pricey but there is no doubting the quality of the products on offer. You need to be early to get a choice of bread though. Recommend the frozen meals if you are self catering.

This busy little restaurant needs to be booked - arriving on spec we took a chance. On each of the tables there was a Reserved for such and such a time sign. They had a welcome to use until sign as well. So simple and clear to customers such as us. Food service and value up to standard excellent as normal.

We stopped here, for tea and cake, after looking around the shop and area. Very prettily decorated and oldy worldy! Pretty curtains with a nice, friendly atmosphere . We asked for scones (which we couldn't see on the counter or menu) and they were able to give them to us.

My friend and I went for a stunning walk on Saturday through the grounds of St. Stephens church followed up by a beautiful cream tea in the parlour. It was very busy when we arrived and there was a wait of only about 10 minutes before we had our delightful cream tea. The waitress who served us was very chatty, polite, funny and obviously knew a lot about the restraint. She was very helpful. A lovely young lady. After we had our cream tea, which I must say the scones were baked to perfection and fresh! We then went through to the farm shop which is aligned to the parlour. The farm shop is fantastic, it has locally sourced local products, and a splendid array of jams, chutneys and sauces. There was a young couple working behind the till. The young gentleman who served us was lovely! Again, very polite and so easy to talk to. Also very helpful in helping my friend and I what fudge we had. We ended up going for clotted cream, and some Gin and Lime as well. Which was splendid. A young lady sliced our fudge for us and was again very lovely. Both the lady and the gentleman who served us had brilliant customer service, and the young man carried my shopping to the car for me. A lovely chap. I have been to many tea rooms and farm shops when I visit Dorset and Pamphill is definitely up near the top. Perfect for an afternoon, with lovely surroundings and a small butchers as well.

A terrific place.
