Me and my partner visited my home of Northern Ireland over Christmas and we decided to stay at the Craig - e - brae cottage.
We have stayed in a lot of holiday cottages but the welcome here was by far the best. Robin and his mother had a lovely fire already started for us, there was a Christmas tree up and some biccies and milk in the cupboard - which was exactly what we needed after a 12 hour journey :)
The cottage itself is so cosy and was made to feel like a home, and the garden was great for our dogs. Perfect size too with a nice big dining area.
We were leaving on Christmas day which was fully accommodated too.
We will definitely be staying here again on my next trip home!
