Entertaining American cousins, what better way than to treat them to the freshest fish expertly cooked in light crispy batter. Chips given a little longer in the fryer, as requested. Homemade tartar sauce beautifully balanced. Slice of lemon a perfect touch. Never disappoints.

No queue and we were in and out within five minutes - perfect ! We ordered the mixed fish and thai fish cakes, each with chips and we couldn't finish them as the portion sizes were huge ! They both tasted brilliant, fresh and delicious. Sat and ate them in our car, watching the seagulls and the fishing boats - romantic - ha, ha ! I've always called this place the 'posh fish n' chip shop' due to the tartare sauce, lemon wedge and the way in which they are served however the price that we paid did not reflect this and we thought it was a lot cheaper than your average fish n' chip shop therefore brilliant value for money. If the weather had been better, we would have driven round the corner to the little car park that faces out to sea and sat there. This is a really nice place to go.
