Excellent location with views of the harbour and castle from our room.
The food in the restaurant was excellent as was the service in all areas.
The hotel is within walking distance O’Donnell the theatre, leisure centre, local shops and ferry to Ullapool.

The Crown Inn is handily situated barely one minute's drive from the ferry terminal and overlooking the harbour. The staff were welcoming and friendly, the dinner (which I chose to have in the Lounge Bar) was well-presented, tasty and came with a 10% discount on the restaurant price for a resident Parking is right by the hotel. There's nothing special about this place but if you're looking for comfortable accommodation at a reasonable price then this is for you.

great hotel, located centrally. the early morning breakfast is ideal if your on the 7am ferry
excellent stocked bar, restaurant keenly priced. On the down side there is no parking outside the hotel, you can park check in drop off bags , but parking is a couple of minutes walk away

Great little hotel, between the ferry terminal (s) and the smaller boats port. Excellent value for money and good food. Also a very extensive gin menu in the bar - 100 plus! Also very dog friendly. Would stay again.

We really liked the place - helpful and smiley staff, breakfast at 5 am (you'll be happy about it if you take a ferry early in the morning), comfortable beds, all necessary to have tea/chocolate in your room.

The only disadvantage is that the main heating system was turned off while it was one heater for 2 rooms. And 2 separate taps right up to the sink which make all non-British tourists mad, but this is something really typical across the UK (unfortunately).
